It's a little known fact but the moustache is one of the greatest achievements of mankind. Sometimes your face is warm but your upper lip is cold. Enter the 'stache. I grew one while I was on the Mainland a few weeks ago and even though my wife said she hated it I think she secretly thought it was awesome.

Some volunteer firefighters in Maryland are feeling the heat after a videotape recorded in 2004 made it into the public eye. On it they're seen committing illegal acts including hazing rookies on the force and lighting firecrackers in the firehouse. One even shot a roman candle out of his backside giving new meaning to the term fire in the hole.

Normally I have to shave every day. But it gets pretty tiring, so when I go on vacation, I usually only shave every three or four days. This time, when shaving day came, I decided what the heck, let's keep my face fuzz in tact.
