We would like to formally apologize to the state of Ohio. We have unleashed Jeff Booth there for about a week. Apparently, it's a little chilly in the Buckeye State - it's 31 degrees there, but it feels like 25! After living on the islands for years, Jeff was a bit unprepared.

While you were popping firecrackers or sipping champagne, meteorologist Jeff Booth was in the air. Yes, our beloved weather and traffic reporter is on vacation. He took a flight to Ohio on New Year's Eve because the ticket was cheaper. But his travel to the Buckeye state was, well, let's just let Jeff show you.

Jeff swears 2009 will be the year he starts to act a little more mature. But we're not holding our breath, and quite frankly, we hope he doesn't. Still, there's lots to celebrate as we say goodbye to this past year. So we sent Jeff and Steve out to get us ready for the big party.
