This Sunday the world's top surf ski racers are heading to Molokai. Their challenge: to navigate the tricky 32-mile Kaiwi Channel between Molokai and Hawaii Kai. They do it in a lightweight, single-man powered surf ski. It's not going to be easy to win the 32nd Annual Epic Kayaks Molokai World Championship. We learned the hard way.

We've been showing you our dance moves from this past weekend's Dancing with Celebrities event and we've got a little surprise for our viewers this morning. He made a special appearance on the dance floor at the request of one little girl. Steve Uyehara, aka "The Dancing King," was coaxed onto the dance floor when Ramsay's three-year old daughter (who's also named Ramsay) asked him to dance. And how could he refuse?

Several KGMB9'ers were out this weekend with their dancing shoes. Here's our own Malika Dudley looking stunning doing the waltz and quickstep. She says she was nervous, but it didn't show at all. Here's Grace in a beautiful pink dress. She's dancing the merengue and impressing the crowd with a fabulous move. Ramsay also had a chance to show off a bit, shakin' her tail feathers with a hot little samba.
