LAPD investigating last month's $2 million jewel heist from the hotel heiress' mansion believe the burglar had a good grasp of the floor plan, knowing exactly where Hilton hid her valuables, prompting speculation it may have been an inside job. |

Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson took another bite out of the box office with their film Marley & Me. The dog-themed romantic comedy stayed at number one for the second straight weekend, bringing in $24.1 million. Bedtime Stories took second place. |

Shane Victorino made the news about spam when PETA tried to nail him on it. Well they may go after our President Elect after national news outlets ran a story that Barack Obama ordered something called a "spam musubi." Lark Previn, a daughter of actress Mia Farrow whose sister Soon-Yi Previn was at the center of Farrow's messy breakup with Woody Allen, has died. She was 35. Previn died Christmas Day at a Brooklyn, New York, hospital. No cause of death has been given. |

In a private text message circulating on the Internet, Mickey Rourke bashes Sean Penn -- his chief rival in the Oscar race -- as a "homophobe" and an "average" actor. After his December 23 appearance on David Letterman, Rourke told someone backstage that he was surprised that so many people seemed to think that Penn was his Oscar competition since "I'm not even sure he'll get a nomination." |
