Cows across the country will be working overtime this month. Why, you ask? June is national dairy month. So once again we sent Steve back into the kitchen to see how you can get a little extra dairy in your diet.

Memorial Day is Monday and for most of you out there, this is a three-day weekend. What will you do with the extra day off? Chances are you'll need some food. So we sent Steve back into the kitchen and he came back with another installment of Easy Eats.
