Dentist Office Offers Cash for Candy

On Saturday, Dr. Miyasaki gave away cash for candy. For every pound of candy children brought to his office, they received a dollar and a free toothbrush.

All the candy collected will be sent to U.S. troops overseas. Kids consume about 50 million tons of sweets each year. It's the leading cause of cavities and can lead to hyperactivity and weight gain
