Hawaii-based Mokulele Airlines is pleased to announce that passengers can now book nonstop jet service at www.mokuleleairlines.com for travel between Honolulu and Kahului. The flights, which begin March 1, 2009, will be operated with 70-seat Embraer 170 jets and are part of Mokulele Airlines' new partnership with Republic Airways. "Passengers should never have to choose between comfort and affordable fares when booking inter-island travel," said Bill Boyer, CEO of Mokulele Airlines. "Whether traveling in our luxurious first-class seats or our roomy main cabins featuring expanded carry-on space, passengers will enjoy the best of both worlds at Mokulele Airlines, thanks to our friendly service, comfortable cabins and competitive fares." All flights will be flown by Republic Airways' subsidiary Shuttle America with Embraer 170 aircraft and will operate daily unless otherwise indicated.
