A big boost for the University of Hawaii-Hilo College of Pharmacy. Six-million dollars has been released to design and build temporary facilities for the school. This year, 90 students enrolled in the inaugural class. They have been using classrooms and laboratories from the UH-Hilo's Biology & Chemistry departments. The design for the project should be completed by next month. Construction is scheduled to begin in February and should be completed by the fall of 2008. |
