Charles Smith Cobb-Adams, 69, was last seen at his home at 4 a.m. He has a medical condition that requires medication. He is known to visit Keeau and drives a 1986 tan Toyota Tercel. Cobb-Adams is part-Hawaiian, 5'9", 230 lbs. with brown eyes and gray gray hair. If you have any information, call CrimeStoppers at 961-8300 in Hilo or 329-8181 in Kona.              |
