This week, Sunrise on KGMB9 is showcasing Hale Aina award-winning chefs and their cuisine as Honolulu Magazine prepares to announce its 2008 Hale Aina winners Sunday at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. Readers of Honolulu Magazine voted Alan Wong's Restaurant the 2007 Restaurant of the Year. It also won Hale Aina Golds for The Best Place to Take Visitors When They're Paying and for Best Service. Chef Alan Wong cooked up some secrets to his success with Ramsay Wharton at the Sub-Zero Wolf Showroom this morning.
