Some protested in the water as the Superferry pulled into Kahului Harbor. More than a 100 others held signs outside the Superferry's terminal. They did remain civil and did not cause any delays to the Superferry's schedule. As for ridership, numbers going to Maui were up with 250 people and 67 cars making the trip. Coming back to Oahu there were 135 people and 35 cars. The Superferry says its confident ridership will increase as it continues to make successful trips.              |
