Among the fruits and veggies at the HMSA Island Fresh Festival, some organic produce grown in Waimanalo. Kimberly Clark's business, Just Add Water, delivers organic food boxes to clients once a week. Her mixed greens include varieties of kale and lettuce and leaves from this so called, cholesterol plant, known as Okinawan spinach. The festival takes place Saturday, September 29th from 9 a-m to 4 p-m. at Kakaako Gateway park. There'll be a farmers' market, cooking demonstrations, healthy food booths, entertainment and learning activities for the kids.
