Obama Ohana Picnic at Kapiolani Park

The Obama campaign was out in the sun Sunday reaching out to voters a pot luck picnic.

Barack's sister Maya and actress Kelly Hu hosted an Obama Ohana picnic at Kapiolani Park Sunday.

There they spoke to residents about Sen. Obama's ability to bring people together and why he's a better candidate than his rival Sen. Clinton.

"When it comes time to be making decisions, you can be confident that Barack is going to make decisions in much the same way we would," said Obama's sister Maya Soetoro-Ng.

"This is the first time that Hawaii is going to be relevant in an election and we need to deliver Barack Obama," said actress Kelly Hu.

There were even Obama-sadas for people to munch on.

The event was open to the public.
