Investigators said a man in his 20s walked into Territorial Savings Bank on Bishop Street Monday, went up to a teller and demanded money. She gave him an undisclosed amount of cash and he simply walked out. "Detectives combed the area, looked at the park, found nothing. Again, he fled on foot. Three o'clock, downtown. He could have run anywhere. He could have gotten on a bus. We don't know. He was just last seen on South King running toward Aala Park," said Sgt. Kim Buffet, CrimeStoppers. The suspect is described as about 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 140 to 160 pounds. He was wearing a camouflage bandana, a green T-shirt, cargo style pants and beige colored shoes. Anyone with information is asked to call CrimeStoppers at 955-8300. |
