Entries must include the following to be eligible:

• Child's name and age
• Name of parent or legal guardian
• Parent or legal guardian's complete mailing address and daytime phone number
• VHS Tape, DVD, or electronic file (<5 MB) of your child doing the weather

Entrants must be between the ages of 4 and 12 and have their parent or legal guardian's consent. Only one entry per person and one VHS, DVD, or electronic video weathercast per envelope will be accepted.

(Eligible entrants that have submitted previously will be automatically entered into future drawings. Previous entrants are ineligible to submit a new entry.)
