Steve, for the past four years you've been nothing but pitiful. Dead last every year at the Meadow Gold Milk Carton Regatta. But this year, our traffic producer Taizo Braden stepped in and made for a winning team. The Sunrise crew dominated the field of five teams of news personalities competing in the annual race.

The canoes are made by local students. Steve and Taizo's boat was made by kids from Kapolei Middle School.

But who was the real hero? According to Taizo, "Well Steve's been doing this for the last three years, you know, we barely got pass the finish line. When I come on we win. I mean I'll let you be the judge of that. But I guess big test is next year, when it'll be me and somebody else."

"I thought it was all about the team here Taizo? Wow," Steve says. "There's no I in TEAM, right?" Taizo says.

And of course, there are the students. "You guys did pretty good. You came in first. So our boat is the best," Kapolei Middle School student Tiana Ramos says with a laugh.
