Update: U.S. Diplomat Says 100,000 May Have Died In Cyclone Myanmar's government is begging for help as the death toll skyrockets above 22,000. It is asking for global aid to help with the recovery process. Up to one million people may be homeless after a cyclone tore through the country that used to be known as Burma.
