Silent March Held in Honor of Murder-Suicide Victim Print E-mail

The murder-suicide of an Ewa Beach couple left a community stunned.

On Tuesday night, they gathered at the state capitol for a silent march in honor of Della Dikito, the latest victim of domestic violence.

Family arrived with boxes of t-shirts printed with Dikito's image. She was home in Ewa Beach the night of April 25 when neighbors say they heard arguing, then gunshots.

Police believe Della was killed by her husband Domingo who then shot himself.

Two of their kids were home at the time. The youngest one, who is eight, witnessed the shooting. It's been an emotional week-and-a-half for all of their four children.

The children are being taken care of their grandmother. They are still staying at the house where the tragedy happened going to school and taking it day by day.
