Superdelegates Favor Obama Print E-mail

Senator Barack Obama was referred to by fellow lawmakers as "mister president," while visiting Capitol Hill Thursday. Obama picked up the support of at least two more superdelegates while in Washington. The Hawaii born senator has now focused his attention to the superdelegates because his "pledged delegate" count is enough that Hillary Clinton can't catch him. Regardless, Obama says he's not taking anything for granted.

"The sooner that superdelegates make their decision, the sooner we'll have a sense of who the nominee will be and the sooner we can focus on John Mccain," said Obama.

Meantime, Hillary Clinton held a late night rally in Oregon Thursday night. Even though her campaign is in trouble she says she's going to keep pushing forward.

"We will be all over this state and our country come the Fall to take the campaign right to
Senator Mccain," said Clinton.

The Kentucky and Oregon primaries could decide it all. They'll be held a week from Tuesday.
