| Ed Kemper Explains AlohaCare's Lawsuit Against the State |

AlohaCare has filed a lawsuit in federal district court. They claim that the two companies awarded the contract don't have a provider network in the state, violate Medicaid law by having an illegal tax rebate, are not properly licensed under the state's insurance law, and that the 19-year old and under group cannot be forced to join an HMO coverage group such as these companies.              |
