YANGON, Myanmar (AP) - Myanmar's military rulers have held a referendum aimed at solidifying their hold on power a week after a cyclone left more than 65,000 people dead or missing. Human rights organizations and dissident groups have accused the junta of neglecting disaster victims in going ahead with the vote. |
