President Bush says the federal government will offer all the assistance it can to areas hit by another round of At least 21 deaths in three states are being blamed on the weather, including at least 14 in Missouri. Ten of the victims died when a tornado struck near the town of Seneca. That's about 20 southeast of an Oklahoma town that was also hit by a tornado. At least six were killed there. Authorities say at least one person was killed by storms in Georgia. The National Weather Service says a strong storm system carrying a funnel cloud moved over central Ohio, and authorities are investigating reports that a tornado touched down west of Columbus. Bush says he plans to be in touch with the governors of the affected states. |
