| 'Click It or Ticket' Starts Today |

It's time again for their annual "Click It or Ticket" campaign which starts today. Seat belt checkpoints will be set up on each island. Hawaii law requires all front seat riders and drivers to buckle up and seat belts for back seat passengers under the age of 18. The fine is 92-dollars. Parents who do not properly restrain their children in their safety seats have to go to court and face a fine between 100 to 500 dollars. Plus, they'll have to attend a mandatory class.              |
