Sen. Hillary Clinton has defeated Sen. Barack Obama in the West Virginia primary. With 54 percent of precints reporting, Clinton has 66 percent of the votes and so far claimed 16 delegates, according to CBS News. Obama on the other clinched 6 delegates from this primary but leads in total delegate count with 1,877. Clinton has a total of 1,706 total delegates. |
