It happened at around 8:45 p.m. Thursday. Police said the woman was not in a marked crosswalk when she ran onto the highway toward the ocean. She was rushed to Queen's Medical Center with severe head injuries. Police arrested 54-year-old Kenton Bradford for drunk driving and negligent injury.              |
