| Water Main Break Halts Traffic on Kapiolani Blvd. |

All east-bound lanes are closed. The call came in at around 3:15 a.m. Friday. Police believe a construction crew working on the Kapiolani sewer project damaged the main. Traffic is being rerouted as crews fix the break. Two businesses, including KGMB9, are without water.              |
