"My first choice is the state House. The 51st district. I want to stay close to my home, stay close to my family. I want to do something in our immediate community. However people that I truly respect have asked me to run for congress and council and maybe even the mayorship," said Kawananakoa. If Kawananakoa runs for the house he'll be vying for the seat left empty by Democrat Tommy Waters who does not plan to run. Kawananakoa says he'll make his decision by the end of the week.               |
