It investigates how culture, ethnicity, landscape and tradition influence foods and flavors we enjoy across the nation. As a partner, the University of Hawaii Community Colleges has developed ancillary exhibition panels that highlight Hawaii’s unique "Key Ingredients," underscored by the contributions of our diverse, multi-cultural population and the Native Hawaiian culture. The exhibition will travel to four different sites on three different islands between June 28, 2008 and April 12, 2009.
