Honolulu police charged Albert Pedro Junior, 38, with 24 counts of sex assault.

Police said the victims are a 33-year-old woman, a 10-year-old girl and 5 year-old girl.

Residents who live on the same street as Pedro said the family moved in recently and is sharing the house with another family.

"It's really weird that something like this would happen so close to me. I never hear of that happening," said neighbor Michael Castilo.

"Well I was shocked and scared. I didn't realize someone was out here, we let our kids play outside, cause you know we trust everybody here. Pretty much we know everybody. I guess know we have to be more careful," said neighbor Roderick Bagaoisan.

Pedro will make his first apperance in court Monday morning.

His bail is set at $1 million.
