Sunglasses, a fedora hat and a kukui nut lei, the outfit should ring a bell if anyone saw this man anxiously running through Waikiki on Tuesday. Police said he used a threatening note to rob the Central Pacific Bank on Kalakaua Avenue at about 3:30 p.m. Crimestoppers will pay up to $1,000 if you can help track him down.
