Cops at the Huene St. burglary find a witness who not only describes Lindell as the burglar, but identifies his getaway car, a black Honda. "This is the same Honda at old stadium park. They run the plates on the Honda and find that it's now stolen." Police arrest and charge brown with burglary, theft and auto theft. But there's more. Nine months later, on December 17, police say Brown and a group of men beat up a man on King St. Police say Lindell and the men chased the victim from a Birch St. apartment. "At this time the males started chasing him across S. King St. Witnesses driving by observe this. The males tackle him from behind and two males start punching, beating him on the street." Brown's convicted in both cases and put on the strict hope probation, but police say he's failed to comply. Now he's got two felony contempt warrants totaling $22,000 and six traffic warrants totaling $1,800. Brown's described as 5-foot-8, weighing about 201 pounds with brown hair and grey eyes. "He does have several tattoos on his body. He has females on one side. But on his back he has a distinct tattoo, it says SMOKEY which is his nickname, right across his back in Old English letters."
