| Four Killed In Texas Crane Collapse |

Emergency officials say the crane was being used to overhaul units at the Houston area refinery when it collapsed at about 1:30 in the afternoon and toppled onto a second crane. Lyondell officials say all of its employees have been accounted for. The investigation into what caused the incident is ongoing.              |
