Michelle Wie is playing her best golf in quite some time, and it shows on the leaderboard at the LPGA State Farm Classic.

Could the 18 year old be closing in on her first pro title?

"I'm just going to play my own game and try to shoot lower scores the next two days. Hopefully everything will work out," Wie said.

Wie is looking a lot more relaxed these days. She went on to 7 under for the day; 12 under for the tourney. Michelle tied for 2nd, just one behind Christina Kim. Today's round of 65 ties her best ever on the LPGA tour. She last did it at the Samsung World Championship in 2005.
