The Associated Press is reporting that at least 30 people are feared dead after a bus tried to cross a Haitian river flooded by Fay. Forecasters say it's expected to reach the Florida Keys tonight at near hurricane strength and should make landfall on the peninsula tomorrow. A hurricane watch is in effect for most of the area. Thousands are being ordered to evacuate and the governor has declared a state of emergency.              |
