Sally Belles from the Hawaii Dietetic Association gave us these things to look for when read food

• Check serving size
• Use the "5-20 rule"
• <300 mg cholesterol / day
• <2400 mg sodium / day
• <30 % fat / total cal. (1500=50g fat)
