State and county leaders along with local pastors and families celebrated the opening of Kahikolu Ohana O Waianae. The 72-apartments are transitional and affordable rentals for homeless families making the move out of emergency shelters. The Hawaii Coalition of Christian Churches built the complex and plans to operate it. "It was exciting. It's more exciting for my son, cover end of this bite with clip number 43.
