Governor Lingle will get her shot to speak tonight at the Republican National Convention in prime time. The governor will address delegates just after 4 p.m. Hawaii time. She's expected tell the story of vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin. Palin will also accept the nomination for vice president tonight. Lingle and Palin are the first female governors of America's two newest states. Ramsay Wharton has been in Minnesota all week and joins us now live from the convention center, along with Tim Kane, McCain economic adviser.
