Tonight it's Sen. John McCain's turn to take the spotlight at the Republican National Convention. His fellow Republicans have chosen the Arizona senator as their presidential nominee, a prize that eluded him eight years ago. Tonight he will formally accept that nomination. If elected, McCain, who is 72 years old, would become the oldest first-term president. Last night, he stirred up the crowd, making an appearance after his running mate Sarah Palin addressed the convention. It was her turn to introduce herself to the country, first playing up her small town roots then unleashing a blistering attack on Barack Obama. Ramsay Wharton had a front row seat for last night's speech and joins us now live from St. Paul, Minnesota.
Ramsay interviews Sandy Froman, former president of the National Rifle Association.
