"Hi, this is Keith Rollman and when I'm not giving back rubs to my boss..."

The rest is too dirty for TV. Rollman says it's not him. He claims he's being impersonated and harrassed by people in the office where attorney John Carroll has done work for the Stop Rail Now group.

Carroll believes Keith Rollman is linked to the inflammatory "fire panos" website we reported on earlier this week.

"I'm not saying he is but I'm saying circumstantially it looks like he is," said Carroll. He explains what the circumstantial evidence include.

"The postings that you've seen?" said KGMB9's Tina Chau.

"The postings," Carroll nodded.

"And your investigation, with the IP address, that kind of stuff?"

"Exactly."

"Links him," Chau continued.

"Yes," said Carroll.

Keith Rollman admits he's posted comments on the site's message board but only to defend himself from others who were using his name.

"A lie left uncontested becomes a truth," Rollman said. "I think people are expected to defend themselves and it would be curious if we didn't."

Both Carroll and Rollman are calling for an investigation into who's behind the website. Meanwhile, the mayor is trying to stay out of the whole mess.

"As far as I'm concerned, Keith is a respected professional," mayor Mufi Hannemann said. "I can't comment on it because he's filing a criminal lawsuit against all those parties involved in this scam from the beginning, and we'll leave it at that."
